Job Requirements
- Must be at least 25 years old
- Meet all applicable state and platform eligibility requirements
- Own or have access to a 4-door vehicle 2010 or newer recommended in good working condition
- Maintain a valid driver’s license, insurance with your name on it, vehicle registration
- Have a safe driving record
- Ability to communicate effectively with members and support teams
- Completion of background screening and motor vehicle record check
- Successful drug screening
- Pass a vehicle inspection
- Completion of required safety and passenger-assistance training
- Proof of personal auto insurance meeting state requirements
- Commitment to safety, reliability, and professional service
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 25 years old
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently as an independent contractor
- Commitment to safety, reliability, and professionalism
- Experience in transportation or rideshare driving preferred
- Familiarity with non-emergency medical transportation is a plus
Job Duties
- Provide safe and reliable transportation to members including seniors and individuals with mobility needs
- Communicate effectively with members and support teams to ensure a positive experience
- Plan and accept scheduled trips based on personal availability and preferences
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure it is in good working condition
- Complete required safety and passenger-assistance training
- Adhere to all safety protocols and compliance requirements
- Manage trip details and earnings transparently through the Wingz platform
