Job Requirements
- Must be at least 25 years old
- Meet all applicable state and platform eligibility requirements
- Own or have access to a 4-door vehicle 2010 or newer recommended in good working condition
- Maintain valid driver’s license, insurance with your name on it, registration and safe driving record
- Ability to communicate effectively with members and support teams
- Commitment to safety, reliability, and professional service
- Complete background screening and motor vehicle record check
- Pass drug screening
- Succeed in vehicle inspection
- Completion of required safety and passenger-assistance training
- Provide proof of personal auto insurance meeting state requirements
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to communicate effectively with members and support teams
- Commitment to safety and professional service
- Experience driving passengers, especially those requiring special assistance, preferred
- Familiarity with local areas and routes advantageous
- Ability to use mobile technology for scheduling and trip management
Job Duties
- Provide safe and reliable transportation to members including those with mobility needs
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with members and support teams
- Adhere to safety protocols and complete all required safety and passenger-assistance training
- Comply with all vehicle and licensing requirements including valid driver’s license, registration, and insurance
- Undergo background, vehicle, and drug screening as part of onboarding and ongoing compliance
- Manage trip schedules by accepting or declining ride requests that fit availability and preferences
- Maintain the vehicle in good working condition and ensure it meets Wingz standards
