Job Requirements
- Must be at least 25 years old
- Meet all applicable state and platform eligibility requirements
- Own or have access to a 4-door vehicle in good working condition
- Maintain valid driver’s license, insurance with your name on it, registration and safe driving record
- Ability to communicate effectively with members and support teams
- Commitment to safety, reliability, and professional service
- Complete background screening, motor vehicle record check and drug screening
- Pass vehicle inspection
- Complete required safety and passenger-assistance training
- Provide proof of personal auto insurance meeting state requirements
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to operate a 4-door vehicle safely
- Completion of safety and passenger-assistance training
- Compliance with background and drug screening
- Proof of personal auto insurance meeting state requirements
Job Duties
- Provide safe and reliable transportation to members including seniors and individuals with mobility needs
- Manage schedule by accepting or declining trip opportunities based on availability
- Communicate effectively with members and support teams to ensure quality service
- Maintain vehicle in good working condition meeting platform and state standards
- Complete required onboarding steps including background screening and training
- Follow safety protocols and use passenger-assistance techniques as needed
- Receive and manage weekly payments through direct deposit
