Job Requirements

  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check
  • child protection clearances (Act 153)
  • legally authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to work onsite on campus five days per week

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, and/or data entry
  • experience in a medical office preferred
  • combination of education and relevant experience demonstrating comparable knowledge may be considered

Job Duties

  • Being the first and last point of contact in the facility by students, staff, faculty, and visitors
  • assisting with timely check-in and check-out of patients at the front desk
  • communication with patients about wait time and maintaining patient flow
  • applying light technical skills such as using scanners and emailing computer support for technical problems
  • receiving and welcoming patients and visitors, answering phones and directing calls
  • sorting and sending mail, verifying deliveries, operating copier, scanners, and printers
  • reviewing and verifying electronic charge tickets and processing credit card payments
  • providing clerical support including patient referral tracking and processing patient information requests
  • performing other duties as assigned
