Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques including laminated doughs, desserts, and viennoiserie
- Experience with recipe development and seasonal pastry offerings
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work early morning, evening, weekend, or holiday shifts as required
Job Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques including laminated doughs, desserts, and viennoiserie
