Beyond leadership and community engagement, your role involves ensuring the operational and financial health of the campus. Balancing high-quality programming with astute fiscal management is crucial to maintaining the sustainability and success of the school. By fostering strong relationships with students, families, and staff, you will cultivate a supportive and vibrant school culture that reflects Fusion Academy’s values.

The position offers a competitive salary range from $120,000 to $135,000 per year, with eligibility for performance bonuses linked to key performance indicator (KPI) achievements. Fusion Academy provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision plans, vacation time, accident and life insurance, short- and long-term disability, paid sick time and holidays, a 401(k) plan with company match, commuter benefits, and an employee assistance program.

Fusion Academy is committed to equal employment opportunities and values diversity, equity, and inclusion. All qualified applicants will be considered without regard to age, race, creed, color, national origin, ancestry, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, nationality, or sex. Employment is contingent upon authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided. Background checks are required for those working closely with students or the public, ensuring a safe and secure environment for the entire community.

This leadership opportunity is perfect for an experienced educator with a passion for alternative education who wishes to lead a forward-thinking school dedicated to personalizing education for every student.
