Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in event management or related field
- minimum 5 years experience in live event production or related roles
- proven track record of managing large-scale, high-production events
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- ability to travel frequently
- proficient with budgeting and financial management
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- flexibility to work extended hours during event periods
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience running live events focused on revenue, profit, and emotional impact
- experience directing professional production companies for events exceeding 5,000 attendees
- strong operational and financial discipline paired with creative instincts
- ability to manage complex logistics and vendor relationships
- excellent real-time problem-solving skills during event execution
- passion for health, wellness, and community engagement
- cultural fluency with Hispanic audiences and Spanish language skills preferred
- entrepreneurial mindset with ability to view events as both business and mission
Job Duties
- Own and scale a profitable events business line that celebrates sales community accomplishments
- develop the creative vision for each event including concept, theme, emotional arc, and production aesthetic
- direct professional production companies to execute high-quality live experiences
- manage every detail of event preparation including venues, vendors, logistics, timelines, budgets, run-of-show, talent, and speaker coordination
- be present and actively manage event days to ensure smooth execution and resolve issues in real time
- own the full event profit and loss including pricing strategy, cost control, vendor negotiations, and margin targets
- collaborate with marketing on attendance strategy and own event positioning and economics
- design personalized recognition moments and celebration segments to emotionally engage attendees
- build repeatable systems, playbooks, and vendor relationships to improve event efficiency and quality
