The Head of Concessions is also responsible for supervising student and staff workers, providing training on money handling and food preparation, and reconciling P-card transactions through the school's financial systems. The position demands oversight from opening the stands prior to events through closing and cleaning afterward, ensuring a safe, efficient, and customer-friendly environment. This includes managing inventory, ordering supplies, monitoring equipment condition, and maintaining accurate financial records.
In addition to the operational duties, the Head of Concessions acts as a leader who promotes positive behavior, integrity, and respect within the school community.
