Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential. Candidates should be prepared to handle a flexible work schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with shifts extending beyond ten hours and involving physical activity such as standing, lifting, and moving for prolonged periods.
This position offers a competitive salary typically ranging between $85,000 and $100,000 annually, depending on experience. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) plan with vesting match; employee assistance programs; free meals and drinks; parking benefits; and opportunities for professional growth. Training prior to the cafe’s opening will take place at other Tatte locations in New Jersey, Boston, or Washington DC, ensuring that new managers are well-prepared to lead successfully.
