Job Requirements
- minimum two years experience in Nepali cooking
- ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- strong knowledge of Nepali cuisine and traditional dishes
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy kitchen equipment
Job Qualifications
- minimum two years experience in Nepali cooking
- strong knowledge of traditional Nepali recipes and cooking techniques
- leadership skills with experience managing kitchen staff
- ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- excellent organizational and communication skills

Job Duties
- prepare and cook authentic Nepali dishes such as momo, dal bhat, and chow mein
- oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality
- manage and train kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety standards
- maintain inventory and order kitchen supplies as necessary
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- develop new recipes and menu items that align with Nepali culinary traditions
- collaborate with management to optimize kitchen workflows and customer satisfaction
