We are currently seeking a skilled Head Cook who specializes in Nepali cuisine to join our dynamic kitchen team. This role is essential in maintaining the quality and authenticity of our dishes including momo, dal bhat, chow mein, and other Nepali specialties. The Head Cook will oversee kitchen operations, ensure proper food preparation techniques are followed, and manage the kitchen staff effectively. Candidates should have a minimum of two years experience in preparing authentic Nepali dishes and demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation, reflecting the level of expertise and commitment expected.

  • develop new recipes and menu items that align with Nepali culinary traditions
  • collaborate with management to optimize kitchen workflows and customer satisfaction
