Job Requirements
- Meet all physical requirements for roles within career path including Assistant Coach Shift Leader Kitchen Lead and Team Member
- Two or more years in restaurant management or supervisory role
- Experience managing and developing six or more team members per shift
- Food Handler or ServSafe certification
- Availability to work minimum of 30 hours per week
- Must be 18 years or older
- Authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Experience in fast casual restaurant chains
- Hands-on experience with local organic and sustainable products
- Familiarity with operational tech tools and scheduling systems
- Proven leadership experience with problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and mentoring abilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with scheduling and performance oversight experience
Job Duties
- Partner with the Head Coach on hiring onboarding and training
- Foster a culture of trust and recognition
- Provide hands-on coaching and support during peak and staffing gaps
- Uphold food safety cleanliness and equipment maintenance standards
- Ensure compliance with food quality and safety regulations
- Resolve facility supply and quality issues promptly
- Maintain a clean hospitable guest journey aligned with brand standards
- Act on guest experience metrics and make timely business decisions
- Manage controllable costs and execute schedules
- Drive sales and implement strategies using operational data
- Support daily operations troubleshooting and prioritizing tasks
- Perform essential functions from Shift Leader Kitchen Lead and Team Member roles
