Other core activities include merchandising, filling and stocking products, as well as monitoring product quality through temperature checks. Job Duties
- Provide world famous friendly customer service to customers, team members & outside vendors
- Merchandising, filling, stocking, rotation of all product in grocery department
- Maintaining inventory accuracy with handheld daily-weekly scans
- Managing front end efficiency & friendliness of all team members
- Balance safe, issue loans, all cash accountability, daily books & deposits
- Lead & maintain efficient front end with friendly atmosphere
- Count and balance daily books and deposits
- Issue and verify money to tills
- Direct and oversee front end service
- Coach team members for performance improvement
- Hold team members accountable for performance standards
- Maintain functionality of equipment such as registers
- Monitor case temperatures
- Abide by all company policies as stated in the employee handbook
