Job Description

Our establishment is a vibrant, customer-focused kitchen team located in Seattle, dedicated to delivering high-quality culinary experiences in a fast-paced environment. We pride ourselves on maintaining cleanliness, consistency, and excellence throughout every service. This kitchen operates with a strong emphasis on teamwork and professionalism, ensuring that every dish meets the highest standards of preparation and presentation. We are currently seeking passionate and skilled culinary professionals to join us on a full-time basis, working a shift from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Saturday, with one rotational day off per week. With two openings available, this is a prime opportunity to become a key player in a busy kitchen setting that values reliability, efficiency, and quality.

Attention to hygiene and storage regulations such as FSSAI and HACCP is critical to this role, ensuring food safety and compliance at all times. Additionally, this position demands support for the entire team during peak service hours, helping maintain flow and order in the kitchen. Managing section stock efficiently and minimizing wastage will also be key responsibilities, contributing to the overall operational efficiency and sustainability of the kitchen.
