- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef
- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Understanding and adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a similar establishment is preferred
