Job Requirements

  • Experience with food ordering and inventory management
  • Strong knife skills
  • Knowledge of food and labor cost controls
  • Prior kitchen leadership or head chef experience in a full-service environment
  • New restaurant opening experience
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends
  • Must be able to perform physical duties of the job including prolonged standing and lifting up to 50 lbs

Job Duties

  • Oversee and lead the kitchen team of approximately 14 BOH staff
  • Maintain high standards in food preparation, safety, and cleanliness
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
  • Train and develop team members, contributing to a positive and productive kitchen culture
  • Collaborate with leadership to achieve operational and financial targets
  • Support take-out and delivery operations alongside dine-in service
