The role of Head Chef at Costantino's Venda Ristorante is a full-time, exempt position reporting directly to the owner. This leadership role requires an individual adept at overall kitchen management who can oversee every aspect of kitchen operations. The Head Chef is entrusted not only with creating and controlling food quality and costs but also with managing staff and maintaining kitchen hygiene and equipment.
