Executive Chef and Culinary Focus

Under the guidance of Executive Chef Anthony Chiero, the restaurant presents a menu combining traditional Italian dishes with contemporary flair. Chef Chiero's culinary journey began in his hometown of Cape Cod, Massachusetts, where he immersed himself in Neapolitan culinary traditions.

He refined his skills at Johnson & Wales University and joined the Costantino's team, working alongside Chef Salvatore Cefaliello. After seven years, Chef Chiero became Executive Chef, focusing on quality ingredients, seasonality, and tradition.
