Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef preferably in an Italian restaurant or similar concept
  • Exceptional culinary skills with deep knowledge of Italian cuisine including traditional and modern techniques
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to create and adapt recipes while maintaining consistent quality and authenticity
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Experience with inventory management and cost control
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience is a plus
