The position requires flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and involves working full-time, approximately 40 hours per week, with mandatory attendance at store meetings. While the Head Cashier may take on limited Manager on Duty tasks, it is not intended to serve as the primary store manager.
