We are currently seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Head Bartender who will be responsible for leading the complete bar operation. This critical role ensures excellence in service, product quality, cleanliness, team performance, and guest experience while maintaining full control of systems such as inventory, scheduling, and operational standards. The Head Bartender leads bar service from the floor, ensuring speed, consistency, and presentation while maintaining full control of cleanliness and organization. They prepare and supervise all beverages according to recipes and standards, maintain mastery of the cocktail menu, spirits, wine basics, and food pairings, and provide training, coaching, and development for bar staff. The Head Bartender engages with guests, delivers high-level hospitality, handles guest concerns professionally, and manages inventory, ordering, and cost control with precision. Additionally, they ensure compliance with sanitation standards and health regulations and manage schedules, prep lists, checklists, and communication with management. This full-time role demands strong leadership and organizational skills, a passion for elevated hospitality, and the ability to perform in high-volume, fast-paced environments. This position offers paid training and requires weekend availability as well as Monday to Friday work schedule. The work location is on-site, and no formal education is required. Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2-4 years of bartending experience with leadership preferred
- Advanced knowledge of classic and modern cocktails
- Strong understanding of spirits wine and bar operations
- Experience managing inventory ordering and cost control
- Ability to lead a team in high-volume environments
- Strong communication leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food safety sanitation and health standards

Job Duties
- Lead bar service from the floor ensuring speed consistency and presentation while maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Prepare and supervise all beverages according to recipes and standards
- Maintain mastery of cocktail menu spirits wine basics and food pairings
- Train coach and develop bar staff enforcing standards and maintaining team accountability
- Engage with guests deliver high-level hospitality and handle guest concerns professionally
- Manage weekly inventory counts control product usage reduce waste and maintain stock levels
- Place and manage orders ensuring pars are met and costs are controlled
- Ensure adherence to sanitation standards health regulations and prevent cross-contamination
- Manage schedules prep lists checklists and communicate operational needs with management
- Maintain a clean organized and fully operational bar at all times
