Job Requirements

  • Must be TIPS certified
  • Minimum six months bartending experience with PPHG
  • Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes and bartending tools
  • Possess a wine tool for every shift
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, weekdays, and occasional holidays
  • Must be punctual and maintain a flexible schedule
  • Ability to work without direct supervision
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Professional and mature demeanor
  • Ability to motivate staff and manage team dynamics
  • Must follow company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum six months bartending experience with PPHG
  • Extensive working knowledge of cocktail recipes and bartending tools
  • Knowledge of PPHG beverage menus
  • TIPS certification
  • Ability to enforce company policies and standards
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with vendors and teams

Job Duties

  • Responsible key holder for liquor room and beverage walk-in cooler
  • Ensure bar service is run responsibly and guest alcohol consumption is monitored
  • Prepare all passed specialty cocktails and inform bartenders on recipes
  • Assist with restocking bars and monitor usage during events
  • Minimize alcohol waste especially during wine service
  • Review beverage needs and notify management of concerns
  • Meet shift minimum requirements for different seasons
  • Act as supervisor to bar staff and report incidents
  • Guide bar staff for proper and timely service
  • Develop and implement training for new and existing staff
  • Enforce company policies such as no tip jars and no shots
  • Review bar pull and ensure all products are ready before events
  • Organize and clean beverage room
  • Complete inventory usage sheets post-event
  • Oversee event breakdown
  • Act as closing supervisor and secure beverage rooms
  • Communicate purchasing needs and staff concerns to management
