Job Duties

  • Supervise, train, and mentor a team of bakers, ensuring they are skilled, motivated, and focused on delivering excellent results
  • Assign tasks, establish work schedules, and provide guidance to the baking team to optimize productivity and maintain a positive work environment
  • Conduct performance evaluations, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback to encourage professional growth
  • Uphold strict standards of quality control to consistently produce artisanal bread products that meet customer expectations
  • Regularly inspect finished products for taste, appearance, and texture to ensure they align with the bakery's high-quality standards
  • Collaborate with the bakery management team to develop new recipes, experiment with flavors, and create unique, innovative baked goods that differentiate our bakery
  • Plan and organize production schedules based on customer demand, seasonal variations, and special orders, while optimizing resource utilization and minimizing waste
  • Continuously evaluate and improve baking processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline operations without compromising product quality
