Job Requirements
- 5 or more years of professional baking or bakery production experience
- Strong knowledge of bread and bagel production, fermentation, and shaping
- Food handler certification or ability to obtain before start
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with early morning production shifts
- Experience training or overseeing junior bakery staff

Job Duties
- Lead daily bagel and baked goods production for all store locations
- Ensure production volume, quality, and consistency meet store requirements every day
- Maintain quality control for all baked goods leaving the hub
- Develop new bagel varieties as the menu evolves
- Develop new baked goods products as the menu evolves
- Oversee and develop lead bakers and assistant bakers
- Manage bakery inventory with support from the Hub Production Manager
- Follow and help maintain SOPs for all bakery production processes
