The offered pay rate is $19.00 per hour, and the role promises competitive benefits underscoring Tri-County’s commitment to its workforce. Employees receive comprehensive healthcare including medical, dental, vision, and disability coverage alongside company-paid life insurance. Financial wellbeing is also supported by benefits like a retirement plan with company match, eligibility for the Federal Student Loan Forgiveness program, and mileage reimbursement. Additionally, the organization fosters work-life balance through a casual dress code, paid time off that accrues from day one, and multiple holidays including personal VIP days.
