Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience, Master's degree with up to 2 years of experience or equivalent practical experience
  • Hands-on experience with Agile practices and backlog management

  • Clear and effective communication across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Application of data science principles and scientific method in product experimentation
  • Strong listening skills and business acumen to align strategy with organizational goals

Job Duties

  • Shape and implement the product vision, driving innovation to meet evolving customer needs and strengthen market position
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the product backlog and align delivery with strategic milestones
  • Conduct A/B testing to validate and learn if product hypotheses meet customer needs
  • Translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Identify and integrate AI/ML opportunities into product features through collaboration with engineering teams
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions
  • Develop business cases and set measurable goals tied to financial outcomes and performance indicators
  • Apply UX design principles and customer journey mapping to enhance product usability and engagement
  • Rapidly prototype and test MVPs using data-driven experimentation and usability testing
  • Use analytics tools to monitor product performance and recommend strategies for improvement
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment that values diverse perspectives and clear communication
