Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience, Master's degree with up to 2 years of experience or equivalent practical experience
- Hands-on experience with Agile practices and backlog management
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and collaboration with technical teams
- Clear and effective communication across technical and non-technical audiences
- Application of data science principles and scientific method in product experimentation
- Strong listening skills and business acumen to align strategy with organizational goals
- Skills in reverse engineering and problem-solving to enhance product performance
- Experience using analytics tools to manage data and create visualizations
- Ability to prioritize tasks using consistent frameworks and make strategic judgments
- Champion inclusivity and cross-functional awareness in product development
Job Duties
- Shape and implement the product vision, driving innovation to meet evolving customer needs and strengthen market position
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the product backlog and align delivery with strategic milestones
- Conduct A/B testing to validate and learn if product hypotheses meet customer needs
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Identify and integrate AI/ML opportunities into product features through collaboration with engineering teams
- Analyze market trends and customer data to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions
- Develop business cases and set measurable goals tied to financial outcomes and performance indicators
- Apply UX design principles and customer journey mapping to enhance product usability and engagement
- Rapidly prototype and test MVPs using data-driven experimentation and usability testing
- Use analytics tools to monitor product performance and recommend strategies for improvement
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment that values diverse perspectives and clear communication
