Job Requirements
- Availability to work any shift including weekends
- minimum 3 years previous food and beverage leadership experience
- previous Hilton brand, banquet, and union experience preferred
- must meet all licensing and certification requirements
- must be at least 21 years old
- deep understanding of industry practices
- strong time management abilities for self and team
- demonstrated professionalism and enthusiasm in guest service
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience
- minimum of 8-10 years relevant experience
- proven ability to deliver outstanding guest service
- strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- experience in managing complex responsibilities
Job Duties
- Manage budgets and track finances to ensure profitability
- ensure all dishes and drinks meet high standards
- hire, train, and motivate staff
- develop creative marketing strategies to promote the restaurant
- maintain clean and safe environments following safety and ethical standards
- introduce innovative ideas to stay ahead of industry trends
- oversee daily restaurant operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences
