Job Requirements
- Availability to work any shift including weekends
- minimum 3 years previous food and beverage leadership experience
- previous Hilton brand, banquet, and union experience preferred
- must meet all licensing and certification requirements
- must be at least 21 years old
- deep understanding of industry practices
- strong time management abilities for self and team
