Job Requirements

  • Availability to work any shift including weekends
  • minimum 3 years previous food and beverage leadership experience
  • previous Hilton brand, banquet, and union experience preferred
  • must meet all licensing and certification requirements
  • must be at least 21 years old
  • deep understanding of industry practices
  • strong time management abilities for self and team
  • demonstrated professionalism and enthusiasm in guest service

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience
  • minimum of 8-10 years relevant experience
  • proven ability to deliver outstanding guest service
  • strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • experience in managing complex responsibilities

Job Duties

  • Manage budgets and track finances to ensure profitability
  • ensure all dishes and drinks meet high standards
  • hire, train, and motivate staff
  • develop creative marketing strategies to promote the restaurant
  • maintain clean and safe environments following safety and ethical standards
  • introduce innovative ideas to stay ahead of industry trends
  • oversee daily restaurant operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences
