Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- must be able to obtain State Certified Alcohol Compliance Card (MI only)
- must be flexible to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must be able to work in all Grand Rapids Complex buildings
- must be able to walk up and down stairs carrying up to 50 pounds
- must be able to maintain a positive and professional attitude
- must be able to work as part of a team
- must be able to remain calm in stressful situations
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Reports for scheduled events on time, in proper uniform, with a neat and clean personal appearance
- must always maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor
- follows proper procedures for obtaining sales products in the vending rooms
- circulates among guests, calling out and merchandising items for sale
- hands or passes items to guest, receives payment, and completes transaction accurately
- ends transactions in a positive way, such as Thank You or Enjoy the Game
- verifies count on new loads
- keeps work area and equipment neat and clean
- performs and completes tasks assigned by management
