The role is for a Restaurant Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations to achieve business goals and maintain high standards of customer service. This includes developing and executing business plans, analyzing operational performance, managing costs, and leading marketing initiatives. The manager will ensure compliance with company policies as well as state and federal laws, particularly in food safety and personnel practices. A key part of the role is to lead a diverse team by providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to motivate employees while holding them accountable for meeting the company’s expectations. The manager is also tasked with handling administrative duties like transporting cash deposits securely. Strong leadership is essential as the manager will work alongside the team during busy periods to model best practices and foster a positive work environment.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and preferably over 2 years of experience in a leadership role within restaurants, retail, or convenience stores. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills. They will be adept in budgeting, labor management, and business planning along with having a good understanding of employment law and human resources practices. Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is considered a plus. This is a full-time position requiring 100% attendance and may include physical duties such as standing for extended periods, exposure to extreme temperatures, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Develop and execute the business plan for the restaurant
- Analyze business performance, monitor controllable costs and initiate appropriate corrective actions when necessary
- Utilize labor effectively to meet budgets while ensuring highest quality
- Execute company-wide marketing programs
- Identify and develop local restaurant marketing strategies to maximize sales
- Ensure business and personnel practices are conducted according to state and federal laws and consistent with company and franchise policies and procedures
- Uphold company food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements to ensure health and safety of customer and employees
- Transport cash deposits to bank in a secure personal vehicle
- Ensure total customer satisfaction through the delivery of a quality product and excellent customer service by restaurant personnel
- Respond positively and quickly to customer concerns and correct problems before they affect customers
- Lead by example by working side-by-side in the completion of duties including customer service, cleaning, maintaining equipment and stocking supplies
- Supervise and direct employees customarily and regularly during work hours
- Train, coach and provide regular performance feedback (positive and corrective) to motivate and improve the performance of all employees
- Evaluate employees' performance and hold employees accountable for meeting performance standards
- Communicate team goals and expectations to all employees
- coach employees toward achieving goals, recognize and reward employees who contribute to goals
- Make employment decisions regarding hiring, discipline, advancement, termination, compensation
- Model and promote all shared company values including compassion, communication and collaboration
- Perform any and all other duties assigned
