Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- more than one year of experience in the travel industry or related field
- bilingual in English and Japanese
- understanding of Japanese culture and etiquette
- valid Hawaii driver's license with clean abstract
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications
- ability to work independently and cooperatively
- strong communication and organizational skills
- availability to work normal business hours including weekends and holidays as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- possess more than one year of experience in the travel industry or equivalent skills
- bilingual language skills to speak, read and write in both English and Japanese
- possess knowledge of the tour industry, tour movements, and arrangements
- understanding of Japanese culture and etiquette
- working knowledge of basic computer systems, Microsoft Office, email, and office equipment
- able to plan, organize, and assign activities
- possess valid Hawaii driver's license with a clean abstract
Job Duties
- Provide customer service for rent-a-car reservations and walk-ins
- explain rental policies and address customer inquiries
- process rental of vehicles and optional products
- collect payment and complete required paperwork
- resolve minor problems and complaints
- assist with emergencies and update management on incidents
- perform basic revenue tracking and process marketing data for daily reports
