  • knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation regulations
  • ability to operate kitchen equipment safely

Job Qualifications

  • prior experience in food preparation or kitchen environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare food at 100% recipe adherence
  • follow production prep list and keep accurate records
  • use knives, slicers, and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • wash, slice, and peel items on prep list
  • store prepared food items safely and ensure proper date labeling
  • follow all brand standards related to food safety, sanitation, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction
  • maintain a clean and organized work environment free of safety hazards
