Job Description

We are currently seeking dedicated restaurant servers to join our team at Harry's Place, our in-house restaurant. The role of a restaurant server is crucial in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. As a server, you will be responsible for presenting the menu items and taking guest orders accurately and efficiently. The position requires an individual who can engage guests by sharing detailed knowledge about our cuisine and beverage offerings, making recommendations tailored to their preferences. Beyond order-taking, the server plays a vital role in cultivating a warm and inviting environment through attentive and personable service that includes casual conversation and positive interaction.

The ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant setting. Responsibilities also include general restaurant preparation and ensuring a clean, sanitary environment that complies with all health and safety standards. This role demands physical stamina for extended periods of standing and the ability to lift moderate weight items.

This position offers a starting wage of $12.35 per hour plus tips, reflecting our commitment to fair compensation combined with the opportunity to increase earnings through excellent service. We require candidates to have open availability, including a flexible schedule that covers weekends and holidays. Harry's Place operates Monday through Friday from 2 pm to 10 pm and from 11 am to 10 pm on weekends, necessitating availability during these times.
