Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience as a baker or in a similar food preparation role preferred
  • knowledge of baking methods, food safety, and sanitation
  • ability to follow standardized recipes and production guidelines
  • food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification
  • ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods
  • good communication skills
  • adherence to safety and sanitation policies
  • willingness to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a baker or in a related role preferred
  • proven knowledge of baking methods, standards, and food safety regulations such as proper food handling, sanitation, and storage
  • required to obtain food safety certification(s)
  • demonstrates basic math and counting skills
  • demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Duties

  • Bakes and prepares a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes
