As a family-owned, Christian-based company, Boddie-Noell is deeply committed to making a positive impact in the lives of its employees and the communities they serve. Their mission emphasizes using company resources to provide opportunities for growth, foster a supportive work environment, and influence people positively wherever possible. Known for their strong values and commitment to people, Boddie-Noell embraces a team-centric approach where managers lead by example alongside their crew members to ensure operational excellence, quality service, and a great work culture.
Boddie-Noell is currently looking for highly motivated and exceptional Restaurant Managers to join their dedicated team. The role of Restaurant Manager at Hardee's is critical to daily operations and overall success of the restaurant. Managers are empowered to lead with positivity and respect, fostering a harmonious work environment while ensuring the highest standards of service, food quality, safety, and cleanliness are met. The position offers a rewarding career path with excellent pay, benefits, paid training, and opportunities for professional advancement within the company.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will operate the restaurant in the absence of the senior or general manager, overseeing sales growth while maintaining profitability. Your leadership will directly impact employee development, guest satisfaction, and operational compliance. Managers actively work alongside crew members to coach, train, and motivate the team while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Emphasis is placed on managing labor costs effectively, controlling inventory, maintaining proper cash handling, and upholding safety and sanitation standards.
This role requires a hands-on leader who is passionate about serving others and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will conduct interviews, hire qualified staff, schedule shifts, and provide constructive feedback to help develop talent. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining reports, records, and supply levels essential for smooth restaurant operations. Boddie-Noell values strong communication, conflict resolution skills, and the ability to inspire a positive workplace culture.
The company offers a supportive and fun work environment with a caring culture akin to a family where employee retention and well-being are top priorities. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, paid vacation, holidays, sick leave, discounted meals, and a bonus program. The employer also provides employee assistance funds and corporate chaplains to help workers navigate personal and professional challenges.
If you are a cheerful, reliable leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves serving others, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a respected franchisee of a national brand. Veterans and individuals with military experience are especially encouraged to apply. Boddie-Noell Enterprises provides reasonable accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act and is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
