Job Duties
- Supervise shifts and maintain the company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
- train and develop crew under the direction of management
- maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and crew
- assist with crew member duties as needed
- conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss operations procedures, promotions, safety, security, training
- manage labor cost to meet company standard
- control inventory to meet company GAP standard
- maintain reports and records in compliance with regulations
- maintain building and equipment using proper procedures
- handle all cash responsibilities including bank deposits
- enforce HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies during shifts
- consistently exhibit company vision and values
- perform other tasks as directed by management
