The company's purpose is not only to deliver excellent dining experiences through its Hardee's franchise but also to create a supportive and enriching environment for its team members. Known for fostering a culture of teamwork, respect, and leadership, Boddie-Noell emphasizes working directly alongside crew members to resolve issues promptly, maintain high standards of quality, and provide mentorship. Shift Leaders are entrusted with managing cash procedures, maintaining accurate reports in compliance with state and federal regulations, and ensuring that all safety, sanitation, and security policies are followed to provide a safe and compliant working environment. The position requires a cheerful, positive attitude and an ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, team-oriented settings.

Beyond day-to-day responsibilities, Boddie-Noell provides competitive pay with weekly compensation, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and opportunities for career advancement within the company. Employees enjoy paid training, vacation, sick leave, bereavement pay, discounted meals during shifts, and participation in a 401K retirement plan. This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow their leadership skills and business acumen while contributing to a company that values integrity, teamwork, and personal development in every aspect of its operation.
