Boddie-Noell’s restaurants offer a dynamic and supportive environment where career growth is encouraged and achievements are recognized.
The role of a Restaurant Shift Leader at Boddie-Noell is integral to maintaining high standards of service for guests as well as fostering a positive and motivating atmosphere for team members. The company offers great pay, weekly payment schedules, paid training, competitive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, vacation and sick leave, and 401K plans. Additionally, employees enjoy a caring workplace culture, discounted meals during shifts, and opportunities for career advancement. Boddie-Noell’s values extend beyond business operations, offering support systems like corporate chaplains and employee assistance funds to help team members through personal and professional challenges.
This role requires a responsible and cheerful individual who enjoys working collaboratively while maintaining a high level of professionalism and adherence to all health, safety, and security policies. If you are passionate about leadership, enjoy fostering positive workplace dynamics, and are eager to develop your career within a supportive and rewarding environment, Boddie-Noell Enterprises welcomes you to join their team as a Restaurant Shift Leader.
