The role of Restaurant Shift Leader at the Stonewall Square Hardee’s location involves training to lead shifts effectively in the absence of the Senior or General Manager. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to meet physical demands required of the role

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of shift management experience in a restaurant environment
  • Ability to lead, recognize, and train successful talent

  • Positive attitude and teamwork orientation
  • Valid driver’s license preferred

Job Duties

  • Train and develop crew under management guidance
  • Supervise shifts maintaining company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Conduct crew meetings as needed to discuss operations and promotions
  • Manage labor costs to meet company standards
  • Control inventory in accordance with company GAP standards
  • Maintain reports and records complying with state and federal regulations
  • Oversee cash procedures including cash handling and bank deposits
