Job Duties
- Train for the position of shift leader to operate the restaurant in the absence of senior/general manager
- supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
- train and develop crew under management direction
- maintain cooperative and harmonious working relationships with management and crew
- assist with crew member duties as needed
- conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss operations, promotions, safety, security, and training
- manage labor cost to meet company standards
- control inventory to meet company GAP standard
- maintain reports and records complying with company standards and regulations
- ensure proper building and equipment maintenance
- handle all cash responsibilities during shifts including bank deposits
- enforce cash procedures
- maintain personal appearance to company standards
- enforce HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies during the shift
- exhibit Boddie-Noell's vision and values
- perform other tasks as directed by management
- represent company professionally at all times
