Employees enjoy a fun and flexible work environment, paid time off, a 401K plan, and opportunities for advancement within the organization. The company’s culture emphasizes family values, employee appreciation, and support systems such as the Helping Hands employee assistance fund and access to corporate chaplains for personal and professional support.

This position is ideal for candidates who have at least two years of management experience, possess strong communication and conflict-resolution skills, and demonstrate a cheerful, positive attitude. Flexibility to work all shifts and weekends is required along with the ability to pass background checks and drug screenings. Boddie-Noell Enterprises encourages veterans and individuals with military experience to apply.

Joining Boddie-Noell Enterprises as a Restaurant Manager offers the rewarding opportunity to build lasting careers, develop valuable business skills, and be part of a caring workplace culture dedicated to excellence and employee well-being.
