Job Description

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is a family-owned Christian-based company that stands as the largest franchisee of Hardee's restaurants in the United States. Known for its commitment to "believing in people," Boddie-Noell dedicates itself to creating opportunities for its employees and positively impacting the community. With a culture rooted in respect, kindness, and development, the company has built a reputation for a supportive and nurturing work environment that empowers team members to grow personally and professionally. Boddie-Noell values leadership that leads by example and emphasizes working alongside crew members to maintain high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness.

The role of Restaurant Manager at one of Boddie-Noell's Hardee's locations is a dynamic and rewarding leadership position that plays a crucial role in the operation and success of the restaurant. This position requires a hands-on leader who can inspire, motivate, and develop a cohesive team that consistently exceeds company standards in service and product quality. The Restaurant Manager acts as the operator of the restaurant in the absence of the Senior or General Manager, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.

The Restaurant Manager’s responsibilities include overseeing staff recruitment and training, managing labor costs, maintaining inventory control, and upholding health, safety, and sanitation policies. They are expected to create a positive and professional atmosphere where employees feel valued and motivated. Leading by example is key, as this manager works closely with crew members to resolve any guest concerns promptly, maintain quality control, and uphold stringent standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Boddie-Noell offers a competitive pay scale with weekly paychecks and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, paid vacation, sick leave, holiday, and bereavement pay. Employees also enjoy a fun and flexible work environment, paid training, discounted meals during shifts, bonus programs, and opportunities for career advancement within the company. The company is also committed to supporting its employees through programs like Helping Hands, which provides financial assistance during times of need, and access to corporate chaplains for personal and professional support.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about service, possess strong communication and conflict-resolution skills, and enjoy leading and mentoring others in a team-oriented setting. Boddie-Noell values reliability, a positive attitude, and a genuine love for serving people, making this opportunity a perfect match for motivated managers ready to contribute to a thriving restaurant team. Veterans and those with military experience are especially encouraged to apply, acknowledging the company’s respect and appreciation for diverse backgrounds and leadership qualities.

Joining Boddie-Noell as a Restaurant Manager not only means working for a respected leader in the restaurant industry but also becoming part of a family-oriented culture that prioritizes employee well-being and career development. Candidates can expect a supportive environment that challenges them to grow while enjoying the rewards of their leadership and commitment to excellent guest experiences.
