- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Preferably valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards
- Ensure all breakfast equipment are cleaned and properly maintained
- Maintain cooperative working relationship with management team and crew
- Conduct crew team meetings to discuss operations, promotions, safety, security, and training
- Maintain adequate supply of products and control inventory for breakfast items
- Maintain reports and records complying with company and regulatory standards
- Maintain building and equipment through proper cleaning and preventive maintenance
- Handle all cash and ensure adherence to cash procedures
- Assist with staff scheduling and manage labor costs
- Train and develop crew under direction of senior/general manager
- Assist in interviewing and hiring qualified staff
- Assist with lunch shift as needed
- Ensure personal appearance meets company standards
- Adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies
- Exhibit actions and behaviors demonstrating company vision and values
