The role of a Restaurant Manager at Boddie-Noell Enterprises is central to ensuring that the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently, especially in the absence of the Senior or General Manager. Job Duties

  • Interview and hire qualified staff
  • schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and manage labor costs
  • train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager
  • maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and crew
  • conduct crew and management meetings
  • maintain adequate supply and control inventory
  • maintain reports and records according to company and legal standards
  • maintain building and equipment using proper procedures
  • ensure adherence to cash procedures
  • ensure personal appearance meets company standards
  • adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies
  • exhibit behaviors that demonstrate company vision and values
  • perform other tasks as directed by management
