Job Duties
- Interview and hire qualified staff
- schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and manage labor costs
- train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager
- maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and crew
- conduct crew and management meetings
- maintain adequate supply and control inventory
- maintain reports and records according to company and legal standards
- maintain building and equipment using proper procedures
- ensure adherence to cash procedures
- ensure personal appearance meets company standards
- adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies
- exhibit behaviors that demonstrate company vision and values
- perform other tasks as directed by management
