You will be responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, and mentoring employees, maintaining staff morale, and providing coaching or discipline when necessary. Maintaining a positive atmosphere, recognizing employee contributions, and fostering teamwork are critical expectations. A valid driver's license, the ability to pass a background check and drug screen, and strong communication and conflict-resolution skills are required.
