Successful candidates will enjoy a weekly pay schedule and a fun, flexible work environment that encourages professional growth and camaraderie among staff members. Boddie-Noell Enterprises is committed to an inclusive hiring approach and supports veterans and individuals with prior military experience.

The Restaurant Manager’s responsibilities encompass a broad range of operational, managerial, and strategic functions. Key duties include recruiting and training qualified team members, scheduling staff to meet guest demand, managing labor costs, and maintaining inventory to control food costs in line with company standards. The manager ensures compliance with all company policies as well as local, state, and federal regulations. Furthermore, they foster a collaborative and supportive work environment by conducting crew meetings, providing coaching, counseling, and discipline when needed, and leading by example during shifts.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining restaurant equipment and facilities, managing cash procedures with accuracy, and consistently modeling professional behavior and appearance. In addition to operational excellence, the manager upholds health and safety standards, ensuring the restaurant is a safe and compliant environment for all employees and guests. Through these efforts, the Restaurant Manager significantly contributes to the overall guest experience, operational success, and profitable growth of the establishment.

Joining Boddie-Noell Enterprises means becoming part of a supportive team that values each employee's contributions and fosters a culture of mutual respect and opportunity. The company also offers unique programs such as an employee assistance fund and corporate chaplain services for personal and professional support.
