Creedmoor Crossing is home to a vibrant Hardee's restaurant operated by Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc., the largest franchisee of Hardee's in the United States. Boddie-Noell Enterprises is a family-owned, Christian-based company that focuses on not only delivering excellent food and service but also positively impacting the lives of its employees and communities. Their mission centers on providing opportunities for personal and professional growth, embracing values such as honesty, teamwork, and dedication to customer satisfaction. The company prides itself on a caring and inclusive culture where employees are respected and supported, reflected in their low turnover and long-term employee retention within the restaurant sector.
The Hardee's location at Creedmoor Crossing is currently looking for motivated, friendly, and hard-working individuals to join their team as Restaurant Crew Members. This position offers a fantastic entry point into the food-service industry where no prior experience is needed. The crew member role is vital as these employees are the face of the restaurant and provide the crucial frontline customer service that ensures guests have memorable dining experiences. Embracing a fast-paced yet nurturing environment, employees gain valuable skills in customer interaction, product preparation, cleanliness, and teamwork.
Hardee's emphasizes a flexible work environment tailored to accommodate employees' personal commitments such as family, education, and extracurricular activities. The company offers competitive pay with weekly payroll, paid training, and benefits including health insurance. Moreover, Hardee's fosters career development opportunities, encouraging internal promotions into leadership roles and providing college scholarships for eligible staff. The culturally rich and supportive workspace also features programs like an employee assistance fund and corporate chaplain support, underscoring their holistic approach to employee well-being.
In this role, the crew member is expected to embody the core values of Boddie-Noell Enterprises and Hardee's by providing outstanding customer hospitality, maintaining high cleanliness standards, and being a reliable and positive team player. Responsibilities range from greeting guests with a warm smile to preparing quality food products that comply with company standards. Employees will also be engaged in maintaining the restaurant environment clean and safe by performing tasks such as dishwashing, sweeping, trash removal, and restroom upkeep.
Being part of the Hardee's team at Creedmoor Crossing means joining a dynamic workplace that values enthusiasm, honesty, attention to detail, and cooperation. Individuals who thrive in lively, people-oriented settings and have a cheerfully positive attitude will find this role rewarding. Additionally, Boddie-Noell Enterprises is an equal opportunity employer that actively encourages veterans and those with military experience to apply. Reasonable accommodations are made in line with the Americans with Disabilities Act to ensure an inclusive hiring process.
Overall, this opportunity is ideal for those seeking to enter the hospitality industry, develop transferable skills, and engage in a rewarding career path within a company that truly cares about its associates and their growth.
