Job Description

Rooted in Christian values, Boddie-Noell aims to leverage its resources to provide meaningful opportunities for its people and positively influence lives wherever possible. As a business deeply committed to community and employee growth, the company emphasizes a collaborative team approach that fosters respect, support, and shared success among its workforce.

Working at Boddie-Noell means joining a company that places significant value on leadership that is both hands-on and inclusive. Managers work side-by-side with crew members rather than from a distance, enabling a more effective and immediate response to guest needs, operational challenges, and staff development. This leadership style not only ensures high standards of product quality, service, and cleanliness but also cultivates a positive workplace culture where team members are motivated and appreciated.

The role of Restaurant Breakfast Manager at Boddie-Noell represents a critical position within the Hardee's team, specifically overseeing breakfast shift operations. This managerial position demands a focus on achieving business growth through excellent guest service, maintaining the highest levels of food quality, safety, and cleanliness, all while ensuring operational profitability. The Breakfast Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the breakfast shift according to company standards, including staff supervision, equipment maintenance, inventory control, cash management, and compliance with safety and sanitation protocols.

The Breakfast Manager must actively participate in daily restaurant operations, demonstrating leadership by example and fostering teamwork. Responsibilities include coaching and mentoring crew members, conducting team meetings, scheduling, and assisting with hiring efforts alongside senior management. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The position demands physical stamina and the capability to handle various responsibilities simultaneously to guarantee an outstanding experience for customers.

In addition to operational duties, the Breakfast Manager plays a vital part in upholding Boddie-Noell's vision and values by creating a respectful and professional atmosphere. The company offers competitive pay, weekly earnings, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, 401K, discounted meals, and opportunities for career development and advancement. This role provides a fulfilling career path within a nurturing and family-oriented workplace culture that values long-term employee retention and support through programs such as employee assistance funds and corporate chaplain services.

Candidates who are enthusiastic about leading, coaching others, and providing exceptional customer service will find this role rewarding and impactful. Boddie-Noell also encourages veterans and individuals with military experience to apply, reflecting its commitment to diverse hiring and inclusive workplace practices. By joining Boddie-Noell as a Restaurant Breakfast Manager, individuals become part of a company that not only strives for excellence in the restaurant industry but also fosters a caring and growth-minded environment for its employees.
