Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- must meet physical demands required of the role

Job Duties
- Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards
- ensure all breakfast equipment and utensils are cleaned and properly maintained
- maintain harmonious working relationships with management and crew
- provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as needed
- conduct crew team meetings to discuss operations, safety, and training
- control inventory and assist with inventory counts
- maintain reports and records in compliance with regulations
- manage cash handling and ensure adherence to cash procedures
- assist with scheduling and labor cost management
- train and develop crew members
- assist in interviewing and hiring qualified staff
- support lunch shift as needed
- enforce personal appearance and professionalism standards
- adhere to HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies
- represent the company professionally and uphold its vision and values
- perform other tasks as directed by management
