The Restaurant Breakfast Manager role at Boddie-Noell's Hardee's restaurants is a vital position responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and profitable operation of the restaurant during the breakfast shift. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must meet the physical demands of the role
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen
  • Must have at least 1 year of management experience
  • Preferably hold a valid driver’s license
  • Must reliably work a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to teamwork and positive attitude
  • Love serving and helping others

Job Duties

  • Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards
  • Ensure all breakfast equipment is cleaned and maintained properly
  • Maintain a cooperative and harmonious working relationship with management and crew
  • Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted
  • Conduct crew team meetings to discuss operations and training
  • Maintain adequate inventory and control food costs
  • Ensure adherence to cash handling and labor cost procedures
