The role available is that of a Restaurant Breakfast Manager specialized in managing the breakfast shift at Hardee's within Boddie-Noell's establishments. This position plays a crucial part in ensuring that the breakfast segment of the restaurant operates smoothly and profitably. The Restaurant Breakfast Manager is responsible not only for supervising team members but also for leading by example, coaching, motivating, and optimizing team performance. Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards
  • Ensure all breakfast equipment is cleaned and properly maintained
  • Maintain a cooperative working relationship with management team and crew
  • Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted
  • Conduct crew team meetings as needed
  • Maintain adequate supplies and control inventory
  • Maintain reports and records in compliance with regulations
  • Maintain building and equipment through proper procedures
  • Ensure adherence to cash handling procedures
  • Assist with scheduling and manage labor costs
  • Train and develop crew
  • Assist in interviewing and hiring qualified staff
  • Assist with lunch shift when needed
  • Recognize and adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
