This world-renowned entertainment, gaming, and hospitality destination underwent a major $1.5 billion expansion in 2019, vastly enhancing its amenities and accommodations. The resort offers a unique blend of luxury and excitement, evidenced by its first-ever Guitar Hotel featuring 638 upscale guestrooms, along with 168 luxury guestrooms and exclusive swim-up suites in the Oasis Tower, and 465 redesigned guestrooms in the Hard Rock Hotel. This expansive accommodation capacity totals 1,271 rooms, providing guests with a wide range of premium lodging experiences.

Beyond lodging, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood boasts numerous attractions including a scenic "Bora Bora" style lagoon complete with private cabanas and dedicated butler service, a sprawling 42,000 square-foot Rock Spa & Salon, and a vast 13.5-acre recreational water experience suited for activities such as swimming, kayaking, and paddle boarding. The resort also features 19 diverse dining outlets and 20 bars and lounges, ensuring a rich selection for guests seeking culinary variety and nightlife.

The gaming floor is equally impressive, with 3,100 slot machines, 195 table games, and a 45-table poker room, catering to both casual players and serious enthusiasts. Business travelers and event planners can utilize the resort's 120,000 square feet of premier meeting and convention space, which includes a 38,000 square-foot carpeted exhibition hall and a 26,000 square-foot retail promenade. Entertainment lovers are drawn to the Hard Rock Live venue, which can accommodate up to 7,000 people and hosts A-list entertainers, comedy acts, Broadway performances, sporting events, and live broadcasts.

Located on an 87-acre site within the Hollywood Seminole Reservation along State Road 7 (U.S. Highway 441), the resort enjoys convenient access to the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, just 10 minutes away, and is within 30 minutes of downtown Miami and Miami International Airport. The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood embodies a blend of luxury, entertainment, and cultural heritage, making it a landmark destination in South Florida.

The role available at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is focused on providing exemplary beverage service support within this vibrant environment. Reporting to the Beverage Shift Manager, the incumbent is responsible for maintaining adequate levels of bar supplies and equipment, ensuring that cleanliness and service standards are consistently met at the bar areas to offer a high-caliber experience for customers. This position plays a vital role in the smooth operation of bar services, requiring attention to detail, adherence to sanitation and safety standards, and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced and sometimes hectic casino environment.

Key responsibilities include managing bar supplies such as glassware, napkins, straws, ice, and garnishes, and ensuring their availability during service periods. The role also involves timely execution of bar setup duties and completion of work assignments as directed by bartenders or beverage management. Knowledge of sanitation practices and food and beverage regulations is essential to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety at all times. Additionally, promoting positive relations with guests and employees, maintaining a hazard-free work environment, and performing other related duties as assigned are integral to this position.

The work environment can be demanding, with exposure to casino-related factors such as second-hand smoke, excessive noise, and the dynamic nature of the public entertainment setting. Physical requirements include frequent standing, walking, handling of materials up to 50 pounds, and strong sensory abilities including vision and hearing. The successful candidate will also need effective communication skills in English to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood offers competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurances, a 401K plan, paid time off, and annual bonus opportunities. The organization is committed to equal employment opportunities, giving preference in hiring to members of the Seminole Tribe of Florida and other federally recognized Native American Tribes.
